Shelf life and storage of our products

We guarantee the highest quality for all of our specialities by assigning them individual shelf lives:

  • Confectionery specialities: three weeks
  • Fresh-cream truffles and chocolates: four weeks
  • Butter-based truffles and chocolates: eight to twelve weeks
  • Hollow chocolate shells: 38 weeks
  • Chocolate decorations: 21 to 25 weeks
  • Confectionery shells: 17 weeks


You can find out the shelf life of individual brands on our product pages. To ensure the best quality, we also recommend that you store our chocolate and confectionery specialities in the unopened box or sealed tray. The ideal storage conditions are a temperature of 16 to 18°C and a humidity of 50%.
